Monica is our Director and Co Founder. With an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s in Retail, Exhibition, and Museum Architecture from Politecnico di Milano, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and design expertise. Her approach balances form and function—creating exhibition spaces that are not just visually striking but also purposeful and engaging. From concept to detail, Monica ensures every design tells a compelling brand story while meeting real-world goals. Her eye for aesthetics, deep industry insight, and passion for meaningful experiences are at the heart of every project we deliver.

Niloy Debnath

Niloy is our Director & Co-Founder. He has an MBA in Marketing and over 20 years of experience in production, operations, and project management. He has led the successful delivery of 2,000+ exhibition stands across the globe—each designed to elevate brand presence and deliver real business impact. Known for his sharp attention to detail, Niloy ensures every project is planned, managed, and delivered flawlessly, always with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Outside of work, he’s a passionate runner and endurance athlete, a mindset he brings into the way he leads—with focus, discipline, and continuous improvement.
